For the last 2 years the Blue Baths team has been responsible for managing our end of season function and have provided both catering and entertainment for our 200 guests. In 2009 we enjoyed the actual Blue Baths venue and last year we hired the Redwood Forest venue so the food and entertainment was all brought in. The logistics were huge but it went without a hitch and months later I am still receiving compliments about the above events from our clients.
Each year I try and seek out a new experience for our growers and they have come to expect a high standard. This is the first time I have ever used the same company 2 years in a row. The reason is simply due to the excellent level of service provided and their attention to detail.
The quality and presentation of the food was superb and what really impresssed me was the completely engaged team from the organisers right down to the staff serving the food.
I would have no hesitation in recommending The Blue Baths for any other venture in the future as I have no doubt they will more than deliver to the expected standard.

The Blue Baths did the catering for our wedding in March 2010. Natasha Hall led the team - and they did a fabulous job. We set Natasha the challenging task of catering for 160 people over 3 outside venues with no or very little infrastructure. Natasha and her team not only rose to the challenge but exceeded our expectations in every way. Nothing was too much effort or too tricky for them to accomplish. Not only was the service before and during the day great but also the food was divine, providing a beautifully presented and delicious meal just in the style that we wanted. The mini dessert plates were a definite hit! Many thanks to Natasha and the Blue Baths team for helping making our wedding day such a fun and memorable event.

Rotorua Chamber of Commerce as an organisation and myself as an individual have experienced the quality of service provided by this The Blue Baths on a number of occasions over the last seven years. This has ranged from informal occasions such as our popular Business After Fives, to the more formal occasion of the Chamber's 100th birthday, and the important family occasion of our daughters wedding. I have attended events, seminars and receptions hosted by our members and major community occasions such as the evening to celebrate the inaugural flights from Sydney. This variety of events both large and small gives me the mandate to speak of the superb standard of their operations.

Our fabulous reunion at The Blue Baths, which is an amazing venue, catered to all age groups. Two of our elderly gentlemen mentioned how impressed they were when one of the girls asked them if they would like to have a look at the museum, all the children loved that they could leave the "party" upstairs and have a swim in the pool, the indoor/outdoor flow was just fabulous on the glorious Rotorua day we had, and of course the fantastic setting for photos on the steps outside was a major plus.
The day ended all too soon. A fabulous reunion thanks to the team at The Blue Baths!!! Everyone at the reunion emailed us their appreciation for a great day and all mentioned how delightful The Blue Baths team were, and of course the venue itself will have everyone talking and remembering the day for a very long time.

The Blue Baths is the preferred choice of caterer for our annual Assn of Office Professionals NZ (AAPNZ) Day, breakfast event. We found them to be very professional, easy to work with and have an understanding of what we wished to achieve.
The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful.
The choice of menu is more varied and we have more options to choose from.
Since hosting our event at The Blue Baths the number of tickets sold to this event has increased significantly. The feedback we have had has been very complimentary.
Many of our members are in positions where we organise functions and we are more than happy to reccomend The Blue Baths to our employers and colleagues.
