With 16 years in hospitality and tourism behind her, Jo still gets a kick from creating innovative new events, themes and entertainment options – and relishes quiet times walking her dog Rodger at home in Lake Tarawera.

Food & Beverage Manager
(aka Tash) is an organisational whizz with a Diploma in Hotel Management backed by fourteen years of industry experience.Armed with a real desire to surpass client expectations and a legendary eye for detail, Tash has a true appreciation of the needs of brides - having recently held her own wedding ceremony at The Redwood Forest and reception at The Blue Baths! Downtime is spent walking, gardening, wine-tasting and pursuing her love of travel.

Tina Sargent
Administration Officer
Taranaki born and bred, Tina Sargent looks after bookings, administration, accounts and reception.Holding a Certificate in Hotel Information, Tina formerly worked at the Novotel & Ibis Rotorua (as part of the Executive Office Team looking after the GM and Human Resources) and now particularly enjoys the intimacy of the Blue Baths. The beach, family, reading, and socialising are high on Tina’s priority list away from work.

Dee Pascoe
Receptionist
Bubbly, enthusiastic and a great organiser, Dee Pascoe is ideally suited to her role as The Blue Baths receptionist. Originally from Taranaki and married to John with two beautiful adult daughters (one of whom recently held her sumptuous wedding reception in the Lido Lounge), Dee ‘s passions include mountain biking, meeting people, and zipping around Lake Rotorua on her jet-ski.
An avid mountain biker, runner and lover of Rotorua’s outdoors lifestyle, Englishman James Gorham has a key role at Historic Venues New Zealand, where his carpentry, joinery and CAD set-designer skills are drawn upon to keep operations ship-shape.James undertakes specialised ongoing restoration work within the heritage buildings, deals with the idiosyncrasies of the Blue Baths historic geothermally-heated pools, and also finds time to design and create props/sets for in-house shows and theme functions.
Our in-house web and graphics man Ryan Romanes is an emerging name in the design industry, having recently won a number of awards for his creative work.A photoshop whiz and creative prodigy, Ryan’s ‘Justice of the Piece’ business has played a major role in the redesign of The Blue Baths website and will play a continuing role in the design of promotional materials and web content for Historic Venues. In his free moments Ryan pursues a keen interest in photography, painting, music, crumping, and travel.
