Blue Baths did the catering for our wedding in March 2010 and did a fabulous job. We set Natasha a challenging task of catering for 160 people over 3 outside venues with no or very little infrastructure. Natasha and team not only rose to the challenge but exceeded our expectations in every way. Nothing was too much effort or too tricky for them to accomplish. Not only was the service before and during the day great but also the food was divine. The Blue Baths team delivered a beautifully presented and delicious meal just in the style that we wanted. The mini dessert plates were a definite hit! Many thanks to Natasha and the Blue Baths team for helping making our wedding day such a fun and memorable event.

Your organisation is a credit to tourism and hospitality in Rotorua and NZ. In an environment where mediocrity and lack of interest within the hospitality industry seems to be a frequent occurence, the Blue Baths stands out as an example of how to do it properly. Its great to have a reliable catering experience as a parallel to such an iconic venue.

I absolutely loved what you did with the cake – not only did it taste delicious but it was exactly what I wanted and looked fantastic. The venue looked amazing and our guests were all impressed at how lovely the venue looked. The meal was delicious and everyone commented on how the steak melted in their mouths. We understand it is not always easy to get 100 orders out and at such a high level of presentation, however your chef and staff out did themselves and everyone was impressed with the food and I was even more impressed at how quickly the food came out. The Blue Baths was a wonderful venue to have our wedding reception and I am so glad we chose to have our reception there. The lighting, seating and overall presentation of the venue was second to none. Thank you once again for ensuring things went smoothly on the evening – your support in the weeks leading up to the wedding was great and I felt comfortable leaving the major things in your hands while I focussed on family matters. We has a wonderful day and evening, and it was worth every penny to have our reception at the Blue Baths.

Natahsa, you are so great to work with. Every detail that we were wanting was greeted with confidence and excitment. Your professionalism and experience made the preperation relaxing, giving me complete confidence in your organisation, venue and staff. Thank you for accommodating us with small changes and room decoration. All of our guests loved the venue and are still talking about the amazing food! The complete package from the food and beverages right down to the candles!

The reception ran so smoothly and even the unexpected thunder storm didn't stop the flow of our arrival - being greeted by your staff with umbrellas made for great photographs.
